An ideal candidate would have extensive experience in simply using the Internet and perhaps has dabbled with web design. They must be able to convert geek terms like 'WYSIWYG' and 'HTML' into non-geek terms like 'website editor' or 'website code'. And don't worry, we'll make sure to get you up to speed on everything we do, and give you the support you need to succeed.
